Delete Your Texian Trail Account

You can delete your account here or in the app. Either way it takes effect at once and cannot be undone.

Two Ways to Delete It

  1. On this page. Sign in, enter your password, and type DELETE to confirm.
  2. In the app. Open Texian Trail on your iPhone or Android phone, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account.

What Deleting Removes

  • Your email address, removed from the account.
  • Your username, replaced with an anonymous label.
  • Your password and any password reset link. Nobody can sign in to the account again.
  • Your profile photo.
  • The link between the account and your App Store or Google Play purchases.
  • Every signed-in session, in the app and on the web.

What Stays, Without Your Name

Your check-ins, badges, and photo submissions stay attached to the anonymous record so each marker's visit counts stay correct. They no longer carry your name or email. The remaining records are permanently removed within 30 days.

Before You Delete

  • Deleting the account does not cancel a Trail+ subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play, or you may keep being charged.
  • To keep a copy of your check-ins, sign in to Your Account and use Download My Data.
